Your daily business
  • Preparing quotations and contracts for conference and group reservations
  • Providing service-oriented support to guests before and after the event
  • Liaising with the operational departments during the stay of conference and group guestsAssisting with guest requests, complaints, and suggestions
  • Monitoring and controlling processes
  • Working closely with all departments involved within the company

Our Expectation
  • Initial professional experience in the hotel industry, e.g., front office or reservations
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Very good German and English skills
  • High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team, and negotiating skills
